Cupcakes 101

Second time SpreadTheFrost cupcakes 101 class! Are you ready? ;}

Date : 1st week of November, Sunday 18th/11/2012)

Time : 10.30am/4pm until finish (probably lepas Asar)

Venue : My mom's kitchen hahahha. Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras

Fees : Rm200 only per head!

Class description : 

• Recipe: Learn how to devil's food chocolate cupcakes, STF very own vanilla buttercream  
• Basic skills: How to frost/icing, how to pipe, and how to draw with the right angle
• Decorating skills: 

1. Pipe - Daisy, big rose, small rose, grass/cookie monster, 3D frog head 
2. Stability - Checkered wedding design with pearls  
3. Draw - Panda, baby head, freaking hipster owl haha

Tools : Recipes and notes will be given. Bring your own pen :) 

Baking equipment will be shared among students
